GWR will promote members’ upcoming weddings, hotel features, and packages. Community Message Board
GWR members from around the world come together on the Community Message Board (password protected for privacy). This board is designed for the exchange of ideas by its members, and industry professionals. Questions and thoughts can link back to you or be anonymous. Any and all questions will be answered in a prompt and professional manner.
GWR will provide members with a Bi-monthly “Caribbean Aisles’ e-newsletter filled with tips on improving guest service, latest island wedding trends, member profiles, special offers, upcoming training opportunities, and bridal etiquette. Caribbean Isles will also include latest trends in the North American market and newly released surveys and results.
GWR will work with select destinations to host an annual conference on the business of Destination Weddings & Honeymoons. GWR will also host regional symposiums/workshops leading to Wedding Planner Certification courses. These workshops can be an adjunct to member governments’ already existing forums.
All members will have access to a full array of database in order to effectively promote or purchase products. Suppliers/Buyers will have access to both government and consumer database through membership of GWR and MarryCaribbean.com sites.
